My Story
I faced months of struggle, convinced my body wasn't built for handstands due to my hips and heavy lower body. That all changed when my mentors revealed the secret – it's not one big session, but consistency and daily commitment that yields results. I embraced consistent practice, and within short period of time, I held a 10-second handstand. Now, I conquer handstands on various surfaces. In this program I’ll share the 6 secrets to handstand that my mentor taught me. Once you understand these, you'll effortlessly execute handstands anywhere – be it on solid ground, atop a box, or even on the edge of a waterfall. Let's kick off this journey together!

No, all of our online programs are educational in nature, they don’t contain videos in which you follow the training in real time like a class. The video library for each program contains explanation and demos for each exercise, with valuable cues and insights. These exercises are also explained in the manual, and lastly, programmed into comprehensive training templates that you can follow in your own time.
Nope, the way the balance is designed means there is no need for a partner and that everything can be done independently. Saying that, training with others is fun, so by no means do it alone!
The Balance program really, really starts with the very basics. That means you can slowly begin gradually inverting more and more, while at the same time building the strength to hold yourself up, making everything so much easier! It also teaches how to bail safely, and has programming to get you used to getting upside down.
